Several Layers...
Using lasso tool 1 px feather cut out boy and concentrated on correcting his color, adjusted blues and reds with selective color, selected face and adjusted flesh tones and sharpened.
Background brought back green foliage by adjusting separate channels in RGB putting emphasis on the Blue and Green channels, then sharpened.
Flattened image and removed noise overall.
Cloned out the fold marks.
