Removed the blue channel to aid in eliminating the writing on the bottom of the photo.
Worked on healing and cloning the picture to preserve as much detail as possible.
Duplicated background layer.
Applied Noise Ninja overall to clean up some of the dirt, scratches and noise.
Duplicated the layer again and rubber stamped the house siding the clean up spots and large scratches in the siding.
Created another layer and applied lines to the clap-board siding and applied a drop shadow in emulate the siding as much as possible.
Merged layers together and adjusted tone of the photo giving it some contrast.
Took about 2 hours on and off.
(I colored the photo but liked it better in the B&W version.)

The tones are really well balanced and it looks very clean. It seems to bring it forward in time too.
