1) Copied Green channel and pasted into red
2) Level adjustment to each channel by moving highlight and shadow points to end of histogram. (Thanks to whoever mentioned this in their retouch. Can't find it now for proper credit.)
3) High Pass overlay to sharpen. Used a hide all layer mask and then painted back in the front of the wreck, bubbles and divers.
4) Several selective color adjustment layers for dirt, legs flippers and water. After level adjustment, water went purple.
5) Brightness/Contrast and Hue/Saturation adj layers to punch up overall color a bit.
