I really like the style of this.
The colors are also very nicely toned.
Excellent retouch and colorization.

While it feels to me like you entered the world of plastic doll hair and clothes, I love the look you gave this image. I especially like her blouse, you made it immaculate yet very complimentary to her face. Do you work at Dreamworks by chance? =)
