I softened Amber's features with a second layer which I added a Gaussian Blur to, and then changed blending mode to Overlay. I then merged the two layers and created a new duplicate which I again added gaussian blur to and then changed the blending mode to color dodge which I reduced the opacity of and then merged the two layers into one. I cropped and was done!
