Started with a skin clean up using: Spot Healing, Healing Brush and Clone Stamp Tools.
Added an Adjustment Layer_ Solid Colour. Selected a new eye colour. Inverted the layer mask and painted in the new colour with a Blend Mode of Color. I aslo enhanced the eye edge by making it
darker on a Blend Mode of Soft Light.
Added a Curves Adjustment Layer to brighten the Mid points.
Added a H&S Adjustment Layer to remove some of the red from her face. Added a Layer mask and painted back the lip colour.
