Very organic shapes. Looks like a controlled Van Gough. Will you share how you did this? Thanks for posting.

Sorry for not answering sooner; don't really frequent this side of RetouchPRO enough. I first hyper-sharpened the image and then I used a GIMP filter called GREYCstoration. Funny you should mention Van Gogh. I use a similar flow to simulate his work too.
