Okay, there are still several things wrong with this picture such as needing shadows under the collar, a place on the lips I just couldn't get correct (I soooooo need a tablet instead of just a mouse) and more. Maybe I will get a chance to try again later.
I used Photoshop CS3 with 2 AKVIS plugins and I made the bg with Digital Anarchy bg maker.
