I duplicated, inverted original and ran match color on copy. settings medium. Then the sun began to show. Pumped up colors with curves in lab mode. Blurred with both gaussian and surface blur. Via layer masks. The "water fall" done with filter fibers, warp and perspective. Blended with pin light and set opacity lower. Color tweakings.
