In the interest of equal treatment . . . only a pseudo-Texan would do this (someone has too much time on her hands).
Changed orange to maroon in Lab. Used Select color to mask the UT stuff and cloned it out. Scaled the TAMU logo and warped it to go on the shirt roughly - finished it off with liquify, erasing, and painting, plus a little dodge and burn.
