Originally I was just working on cleaning up the skin tone because it was off a little bit. Then I added a thin line of black paint to add a bit more eyeliner and mascara. I added some more black paint in the center of her eye to add more contrast to the eye color. Then I blurred/smudged her hair line to tame that a little. Then I realized I could easily take out the background to add more contrast. Then I played with the burn and dodge in her hair. Then shifted her over because she had a dreamy look and added a starry look to the background and cropped out her right shoulder. I also did a soft light layer, and an overlay layer =)
