I didn't want to do too much, just smoothed out the skin a little bit. Then I used the magic wand to copy the roses and pasted them into another file. Copied the picture into another file and made it black and white - then pasted it back. Used the stamp tool to move some of her hair off of her neck. Used the paintbrush tool to add some "eyeliner" and added some color to her eyes.

Nice effort with the retouching. The roses look a little "stuck on" or, dare I say it ..."Photoshopped" though. Perhaps try feathering the selection a bit or reducing the opacity slightly?
