I Cropped and straightened the photo and used a Levels Adjustment Layer to restore the colours by moving in the sliders.
Next I created a composite Layer and denoised the Red and Blue channels.
Created a Retouching Layer to clone out some green streaks etc.
Last I created another Composite Layer to sharpen with the Highpass filter.
I'm always a bit worried with photos' such as this as to what the correct colours are. While I've used some sample points as a guide I've used the skin tones as the final arbiter.
