What I did:
I started off with a high pass for sharpening, then 2 color balance layers. 1 for the complete picture and another one with a mask just to get rid of that little too much red that was left in the face after the first color balance.
Finally I burned darker parts and dodged the lighter to put focus on the light from the candle
