Cut image to blur background A lot of clone and healing brush. Lighten a few areas with select, feather, and brighten. Cut and warped hair to patch bad places. High pass inverse and then noise reduction. High pass sharpening for eyes. Some luminosity painting on the face to smooth.

Beautiful job. I especially like the way you handled that dark discoloration dead center in her face.
