I didn't use Photoshop, i used GIMP. ( Which is free )
Anyways, same thing.
I changed the lighting and levels a bit. Then i grabbed my cloneing tool and i just started to fix the picture.
I missed some areas, and the colouring wasn't really smooth but i tried to remove the lines as best as possible.
