Hue and saturation, colorize, adjust hue and saturation
Clone stamp and patch tool for large torn areas
Adjust levels and shadows/highlights
Filter-reduce noise
Spot healing brush tool across all damage, a small section at a time. Do the structures and people first to give placement.
Check levels and shadows/highlights, adjust as necessary.
Use dodge and burning to slightly adjust facial structures. Clone some darker areas to give a hint of shape to the guitar. Very lightly highlight lower edge of guitar.
Hue and saturation, colorize to remove colorcasts from dodging and burning, and then adjust hue, saturation and lightness to suit.
Filter, lens blur, with grain at 2, gaussian, monochromatic
Crop image to give focus to main subjects, improve balance. Remove (clone tool) any distractions, like the piece of paper on the porch floor.
