Cloned out blemishes and used warp brush to "thinify". Brightened teeth and eye whites with soft light blend mode layer. Corrected ruddiness with color blend mode layer, corrected lightness of this layer with soft light blend mode layer. Painted w/ Edge Preserving Smooth brush to minimize lines. Lightened up the baby's skin. Blurred out the background and applied a black screen to it.
