Hey! - This is my first upload to retouch pro  very happy to join to this wonderful group.
my first step was to replace the background... then To clone away the cracks channel by channel with the clone stamp set to Darken blend mode for the first pass, and Lighten Blend mode for the second pass. the women left eye replaced by her right eye and free transform to fit. to get the skin looks soft I used the "median" filter in combination with natural color layer set to "soft light" blending mode. The rest of the work was a combination of natural color soft light layers and some brush work... I had only an hour to complete this challenge so I focus on the faces rather then the BG.
