spent about 10 mins on this one.
The key to the image is to address the red blotch with selective color taking the reds away the yellow, then doing a similar selective color move on the face.
evened the flesh out with some curves and then channel mixed some detail back into the sweater.
I didn't spend a whole lot of time on this image, so it is far from perfect but is clearly improved.
