Abundant use of spot healing brush, used liquify to give mouth a hint of smile, enlarge pupils and smooth out jaw line. Also moved nose over slightly. Added a second layer to paint some colour over the eyes and then reducing the opacity to blend it in better. Also used pen tool to highlight lips and adjust colour
