Duplicated original and did some cloning and crop.
Applied mono channel mixer adjustment layer:
76% Red
20% Green
4% Blue
Applied Levels adjustment layer and tweaked levels..
Made various selections (skin, hair, clothing etc.) and applied curves adjustment layers. Adjusted curves to get required colour.
Cross fingers and hope that both yours and my monitors are calibrated correctly!
