A former dentist had several Neiman prints all about his treatment rooms. I loved just looking at them, at least till the novocain kicked in.
I used mostly Topaz Simplify, making one layer a sketch and another layer a colorful painting style.
Added a final layer to add more splash & dash. Everything else was just layer blending...and blending...and, so on.
