duplicate image
add new layer
eye drop color from upper cheek
use paintbrush on 4% opacity on normal on larger setting over freckles till desired amount gone
alt+merge visible
duplicate that layer then switch it to overlay
add filter blur Gaussian blur at 5%
add filter noise median blur at 14%
merge necessary layers then duplicate again
now take layer that wasn't overlay and not merged
and use layer mask revel on and put original hair, eyes, and back ground back
now merge all
and duplicate layers
now add hue/saturation and turn the adjustment to brighter red but not too bright and leave new color on just hair
now merge when satisfied
now duplicate again and do another hue/sat to make the eyes green and only keep that color on the eyes
merge again
use blur tool on 50% on bridge of nose
merge and save
