good stuff. I really like the tidy eyebrows and eyes.

Some comments:
It's verging on washed out, but just.
The left eye pops a little too much. Ease the lightening of the iris.

thanks mate always helpful to have an opinion so I can improve.

will redo with your suggestion to see what it looks like.

feel free to bounce ideas, but I am no retoucher just learning at my own pace.
