1. I found the blue channel to be bad in RGB; I checked LAB color and found the B channel to be the bad channel. While in LAB color I highlighted the B channel and went to Image> Apply Image and set the Channel to A and Blending to Normal everything else was at default and clicked OK. The image looks pretty good already but, the Red channel needs some work too.
2. Converted the image back to RGB and highlighted the Red channel and went to Image> Apply Image and set the Channel to Red and the Blending to Soft Light and clicked OK, the image looks even better now.
3. I then went to Image>Adjustments>Variations and chose the color enhancements that would bring out more of the green foliage but leave the leave the house as white as possible.
4. I made a Levels adjustment layer and used the black eyedropper on the darkest area of the image and the grey eyedropper on the house and the white eyedropper on the girls white pants. The pants aren’t the brightest point in the image but they are pure white unlike the left shoulder of her shirt.
5. I used a Vibrance adjustment layer to lower the saturation a little and raise the vibrance up a little.

I didn’t do any clean-up patch or spot repair here, the point here is the first two steps that saves a lot of time. The first two steps that I used won’t work on every color repair in the order that I used them here; you may have to adjust the order of the steps depending on the problem. Play around a little bit to find what works the best for the job at hand.
