I could not get the hires version of the original so I could not restore the sky. The JPG version did not have any detail in the clouds. I blurred the JPG artifacts in the sky and darkened it to look ominous.
Used the red channel and adjusted levels and contrast. Masked water separately from cliff. Darkened water and lightened cliff. Straightened horizon line. Did a little D&B to add to cliff contrast.
