Extracted woman from background, saved mask, duplicated and made two different bas-reliefs from the green channel. Layered the two bas-reliefs with the extracted image and added another layer after extracting the hair using select color. Set layer mode to soft light. Added a layer mask to the extracted woman hiding background and blured the mask. Added an hue & saturation layer to adjust woman. Then blured the original image as a background and added a hue and saturation layer and adjusted until I got something that was pleasant - lots of possibilities here.
