Basic curves. Used clone tool and blur on the face. Replaced color of dress. Added layers for making lips redder, lighten eyes and whitten teeth. Made selection of headband and put that on a layer mask of a texture image to add texture to headband. Extracted girl and added several layers of background images and played around with layer modes and Hue and Saturation until I got something I liked.
