Using Photoshop 6.1
1] Cleaned up blemishes
2] New background level, set to screen mode.
3] Lowered opacity level.
4] Applied heavy gaussian filter set to 12.
5] Added layer mask.
6] Painted back eyes, mouth, and hair highlights.
7] Painted back rest of image excluding skin.
8] Flattened and ported to Photo Impact.
8] Chose and applied frame.
9] Ported back to Photoshop.
10] Selected out head, copied to new layer.
11] Filled layer with light sepia, lowered opacity.
12] Flattened, lightly airbrushed cheeks, jaw line, and area between eyes and
hair line.
13] Reduced to size.
14] Sent off.

What a beautiful frame! Perfect for such a lovely photo. The face looks a bit washed out and perhaps on the yellow side, but that's being picky. Nicely done.
