This one is quite challenging as it has such a lot of scribble over the features and very extensive fading.
First off I checked the levels and adjusted them using curves.
Dust and scratches then add a mask and adjust noise , using history brush, remove as much of the dirt as possible .
Clone stamp and paint brush for rebuilding where ever possible.
Removed battery on the floor to stop it drawing the eye.
Cleaned up background and burned in faces some more.
Built up boys shirt ,girls skirt and older childrens hair using the painbrush loading with dropper as I went.
