For me this was a good challenge as I havent tried restoring a picture behind a reflection before.
Duplicate original.
Use replace colour brush and select to fill in reflections.
Then use linear burn brush to darken same.
Liquify to straighten the face and mostly pinch but a little bit of push to reshape features.
The eyes ,I did with select and transform selection and filled in the whites to look more natural.
Clean up what remains of the background behind the reflections using the paintbrush mainly with dropper to select closest colours.
Add noise to make mum look a bit less painted on and then overall despeckle. Not really 100% happy with mums mouth but cant see how to improve it without making it look worse.
