Duplicate layer.
Remove the yellow from the tape with replace colour brush.
Fill in large white areas with the main light colour so that the white point would be easier to ascertain.
Cut each of the three sections out and save to own layer.
Use curves to correct the levels.I did this separately as the bottom layer was so different in the black levels.
Take each section and transform and combine together like a puzzle.
Then use clone and paint brush to rebuild the missing picture parts.
