First cut out child and put on another layer
Decracked and dust and scratched main layer
Cleaned up with clone and healing tool
Fixed seat
On child clean up, fixed eyes and ears and dust and scratched
Tried to leave as close to true picture

Good effort on the clean-up of the gown and background. The eyes need work -- no iris visible, no catchlight -- just a dark pupil. The eyes were almost totally destroyed in the original, and sometimes you have to copy a good one to make them look realistic.

Agree with CJ's eye comments. The overall tone is a little flat on the child - could use a little more shadow and highlight. Baby's right hand got a little munged. This was a tough one - few good pixels were in the original.
