This is mostly using the new fill thing in CS5.
First select the horse and copy to a layer on its own.
Then on background, select the horse etc and fill in with the contents aware fill.
Now go to the layer with horsey on and using the puppet warp tool, put pins in at all his joints and on the ends of limbs and nose and drag them around to get a skippier trot.
stamp all to a new layer
Now go back and remove the harness with the fill tool again,selecting as you go.
Now tidy up with the clone tool and the patch tool to make more natural looking.
Paint in horseys 'face' where there is now no harness using the paint brush tool.
He likes to visit all his old haunts so he is clopping down the street he used to pull his cart along.
