for the hair i used another free source image
I used the liquify tool to reshape the face
I used a soft light layer to whiten the teeth,
i recolored the lips to make them appear youthful
I used the healing tool to to get rid of wrinkles and smooth out lines of the face. i made the eyes the same size. I darkened and reshaped the brows. i whitened the eyes with the dodge/burn tool
