Got rid of scanner line by using mostly the patch tool and cloned away some of the blotchy parts of the hair. Touched up some skin discolourations here and there, but the challenge was covering up the background clutter by brushing on the colour of the pink terry cloth over it and using a splatter brush and gaussian blur to make it look like one whole background. Then changed the curves and levels around a bit, and finally a slight unsharp mask and despeckle to get the final touches.
