Ran dust and scratches. High pass filter. (Not a lot of detail to bring out.) Colorized each item on it's own layer with blending mode set to color and reduced opacity down to around 30%. (Less for flesh) Used dodge and burn to add definition and detail. Found record player to be distracting so cloned it out. Merged and masked my results. Ran brush strokes splatter filter on mask for jagged edge. Added black layer beneath for contrast. Used a font that looked hand written to type title and year. (Year of photo was not included in challenge description, so I guessed.) That's about it! Blurry, out of focus images are a challenge for me. I guess that's why I'm here. Practice, practice, practice...
