Cleaned up all the scratches etc. by cloning.
Made a greyscale layer and used as a base to re-colour the various elements mainly using channel mixer and RGB controls.
Put some highlights/shadows in by hand using airbrush.
Merged down and used curves to adjust contrast.
Messed around with soften, hue/saturation and more cloning to finish.
