Thanks so much for the challenge. I want to apologize as I am new to RP, and I didn't realize you could click on the photo and get a larger image, so I did the retouch on the smaller image. Here is my submission. I didn't want to lose too much of the texture and detail, so I worked using layer masks throughout. I used the patch tool quite a bit, dust & scratches with a layer mask, Portraiture with a reduced opacity and a layer mask, and quite a bit of dodging and burning. I colorized it using subtle colors, and fixed the ruffles on her blouse via copying and pasting and blending with a layer mask. Next time I will know better and will work on the larger image...lol.
