I scaled this down to keep the file size down. I used the healing brush quite a bit on this one, dust & scratches with a layer mask, a lot of dodging and burning using the dodge and burn tools and some using curves on an inverted mask. I colorized it as well.

Great job with restoration and colorization. The hair and flesh look very natural.
