Started by using clone and healing brush to get rid of dirt and scratches. Then lots of smudge, dodge and burn. Added a tiny ammount of surface blur. Used photos of womens faces to borrow skin texture and colour and overlaid the skin pieces over the smoothed black and white face. Then i found a suitable body to stick the face onto after trying out quite a few. There ya go. No 3D modelling involved
