Just a subtle skin smooth and colour enhancement. Wanted to keep her freckles as I thought they looked nice. The rest was just simply stamping out the odd stray pixel here and there and maybe some dodge/burn to fix dark/light patches.

I like this one, pretty subtle, a little more dramatic than the original.
