It was fun to play with this photo because honestly she didn't really need any retouching, so I just tried to give the photo more 'pop'. She's a gorgeous girl to begin with so everything else was just playing around. I feel alright about it, don't necessarily think mine's an improvement from the original though.
I brightened her hair with a colour layer, used the dodge tool to brighten her already bright eyes...also used a colour layer to change her lipstick colour and the green in the back..and played with the levels. that's about it.
