I duplicated the layer. Added a curves layer and just did an auto adjust. Then I used the clone stamp tool and the mixer brush tool to get rid of the big problems in the face and hair and touch up the background. Used a surface blur to soften the duplicated layer. Applied a layer mash and painted away the blur the eyes and mouth. Then I used the Mixer Brush and three or four layers/layer masks. After I had softened the skin, painted out imperfections in the eyes and mouth, etc. I I applied and hue/saturation layer and colorized it. I also applied Filter|Noise|Add Noise. Took an hour and a half to two hours,
