This one took some doing. STarted out with FFT Filter. Even that didn't clean it up totally. Than a LOT of Cloning and Mixer Brush. The grooms face was pretty straight forward to clean up. The bride, not so much. I could probably spend another 30 minutes cleaning up the transitions in the face. But basically I used the selection tool to copy the right side of the face, flipped it and the feather it in. I copied the couple onto their own layer and made my own background. Added some noise. Stroked a frame. Created a layer with the pen tool and rounded the corners and cut them. About 3 1/12 hours worth.
