I forgot to mention what I did. I probably had 15 layers when I was finished. The clone tool to remove the crack and other flaws. A curves layer. Color correction through color variations. Noise reduction and cropping. Used the lasso tool to move the cake. Repeated some of these steps. I wish I could have gotten it smoother. Will need to work on that.
