I use Elements 10...I used the color correction, selected red and removed the red. This almost turned the pic to B/W. I then used the brush tool to paint a skin color over the face at about 20% opacity. I then went to correct skin tool, I used this feature a couple times....then I used the clone tool on her shirt. I then dodged the teeth.
