Fixed lips, a few flyaways, adjusted levels, increased eye contrast, adjusted complexion and under eye area, and increased red in the hair and decreased red in the face. Beautiful girl!

Hi afdancer, I like this retouch most of all! I am currently working on the same, but I am wondering how you dealt with the shadows (nose, in particular!) Great job!
