I removed blemishes, enhanced eyelashes and eyes, dodged and burned her lips, changed color of lips and gave them a little more volume. made minor correction on nose, then sharpened the picture and finally used surface blur to smooth the skin.
One of my first retouches. Looking forward to your guys input
